1. Service Description
WoodGomoku provides local Gomoku play, learning lessons, and media notes (Photo Library / Camera / Microphone). Content is for learning and entertainment only and is not professional coaching or competitive adjudication.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use the app reasonably and take regular breaks from the screen.
- Do not use the app for unlawful activity.
- Do not reverse engineer, attack, or abuse the app or related services.
3. Accounts and Device Identifier
You may use the current version without creating an account. We may store an anonymous device identifier in the local Keychain for stability and security.
4. Intellectual Property
The app’s interface, copy, illustrations, and code are protected by law. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission.
5. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond legal requirements for service interruptions or data loss caused by networks, devices, third-party services, or force majeure. AI and local match results are for practice only.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown in the app or on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
